As soon as the ceremony ended, we walked into a side room within the chapel to hide out while our guests made their to the cocktail hour. We had roughly 15 seconds to ourselves (and the photographer, of course) that went something like this:
We kiss. “Holy cow, we’re MARRIED!” Kiss again.
After our quick 15-second alone time, the wedding party came in to congratulate us.
Then we smooched some more.
Then my maid of honor went above and beyond her call of duty. It may have been February when we got married, but a warm chapel jam-packed with people, and an overload of adrenaline caused me to sweat during the ceremony. And trust me, this wasn’t a classy, lady-like perspiration. Nope. This was full on beads of sweat dripping down my face. Awesome.
Luckily, I was slightly blissfully unaware of my current state, so Laura took matters into her own hands and did the best she could to cool me off:
Once the guests cleared out of the chapel, we meandered back in there for family photos. But first, we had to make the marriage legal!
Then, with one more chance to primp in front of the mirror, we started taking the family portraits.

I noticed you're a lefty too! And you're incredibly cute! I'd give anything to have the wedding photos you do. Ours are very "blah".
