Our Walk-in Pantry Inspiration

Walk-in Pantry Inspiration

We started dreaming up ideas for our walk-in pantry long before we even moved back into our old home. We had the space to turn our old laundry room into a place to wash our clothes and store food, so we decided to roll with it and make a walk-in pantry!

Our old pantry was narrow with awkward shelving, and it was the first thing you saw when you walked in from the garage, which is where we walk inside 99% of the time. We ended up turning the old pantry into an entry-way alcove. Just to give you a little sneak peek, here’s a look at our first pantry:

Of course, half the fun was coming up with ideas for what we wanted our new laundry room and walk-in pantry to look like. So before I reveal ours, I thought I’d give you guys a little peek at our inspiration photos. (See our walk-in pantry reveal here!)

  1. Can’t wait to see it! I love walk-in pantries and I can’t wait to have one of my own…once we have the budget to stop renting small townhomes and actually buy a real house!

  2. I can’t wait to come back on Monday and see how it turns out. We never had a walk-in pantry until we moved to Colorado from California and now I can’t imagine going back.

    1. I hear ya! The last house we lived in didn’t even have a pantry! There were about four cupboards that I stuffed our pots and pans in, and then we had to get VERY creative with storing dry goods.

  3. I can’t wait to see the finished product! I love pantries and wash rooms ha I have neither here in our house (well our wash room is about the size of a closet so that doesn’t count)! The pins you have are so cute looking!
